Taman Pusaka Merah Putih, FAH Online News, May 14, 2026 — A warm atmosphere filled with togetherness marked the celebration of HIMLA’s anniversary held on Thursday morning at Taman Pusaka Merah Putih. The event was attended by the entire HIMLA family, ranging from former members and administrators to current members, all coming together to celebrate the organization’s journey and continuous growth over the years.

Since early morning, HIMLA members had gathered and mobilized toward the event location. The sense of unity was already evident even before the official opening, as participants enthusiastically traveled together to the venue. Upon arrival, all participants assembled at the event area, and the program was officially opened by the master of ceremonies, who began the anniversary celebration with great enthusiasm.

The event continued with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, creating a solemn and peaceful atmosphere. This meaningful moment served as a reflective opening before proceeding to the core of the anniversary celebration. Afterwards, the event proceeded with a speech from HIMLA’s advisor, Cahya Buana, M.A., who also took part in the anniversary ceremony.

In her remarks, she expressed gratitude and appreciation to everyone who had contributed to HIMLA’s journey up to this point. She stated:

“Thank you to the entire HIMLA family, the administrators, and the pioneers of HIMLA, Yus and friends, who initiated this great movement. May all members remain enthusiastic in participating in HIMLA’s various activities, whether language classes, talent and interest programs, or other activities. Keep the spirit alive in continuing the leadership relay, and may HIMLA continue to grow and stay passionate in carrying out its programs in the future.”

Following the speech, the event continued with an introduction session for the management boards from different generations. The first, second, and third-generation committees were introduced to all participants, followed by the introduction of HIMLA members of 2025. This moment became an opportunity for all members to get to know one another more closely and strengthen intergenerational relationships within the organization.

The activities then proceeded with a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) conducted by division. During this session, each division discussed its roles, programs, and possible contributions to support HIMLA’s progress. The discussions took place in a relaxed yet productive atmosphere, reflecting the collaborative spirit that characterizes the organization.

After the discussion session, the event continued with various performances by HIMLA members showcasing their talents and creativity. Performances such as khitobah (Arabic speech), Arabic poetry, and taqdimul qissoh successfully captured the audience’s attention and enlivened the anniversary celebration. These performances not only entertained the participants but also demonstrated the members’ enthusiasm in developing their Arabic language skills.

The atmosphere became even more lively during the group games session attended by all participants. Laughter and joy echoed throughout the venue, illustrating the strong sense of togetherness among HIMLA members. The activities then continued with collaborative creative content production, door prize distribution, and various other activities that made the atmosphere even warmer and more cheerful.

Toward the end of the event, all participants joined in a closing prayer as the final part of the celebration. Afterwards, the event was officially concluded by the master of ceremonies and followed by a group documentation session to commemorate this joyful anniversary celebration.

On this occasion, one of the HIMLA 25 members, Amira Asholina Al Madinah, also shared her impressions and messages regarding this year’s anniversary celebration.

She expressed:

“It was really amazing and so much fun! The event was lively and full of joy. The family atmosphere truly felt touching. In HIMLA, there is no seniority; everyone respects each other and no one feels awkward with one another.”

She also shared her hopes for HIMLA in the future:

“Hopefully HIMLA will continue to create more works and inspire others. May the sense of family become even stronger, and may we get to know one another better. Thank you so much to all the seniors who prepared such an effortful event and even made it free for all of us.”

This year’s HIMLA anniversary celebration was not merely a commemoration of the organization’s journey, but also became a space to strengthen brotherhood, reinforce the spirit of togetherness, and foster motivation to continue creating and contributing. With this enduring spirit, HIMLA is expected to continue growing and become an inspiring platform for students in developing language skills, creativity, and solidarity.
