East Ciputat, FAH News Online - The Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held another academic agenda in the Main Conference Room, 2nd floor, on Tuesday, June 3, 2025 at 08.40 WIB. The agenda was carried out with the aim of submitting a cooperation plan between the Faculty of Adab and Humanities of UIN Jakarta and the Faculty of Literature, especially the English Literature study program of Pamulang University (UNPAM). Attended by 10 lecturers including Deans, Vice Deans, and Heads of Study Programs.

After the event was opened by the moderator, Prof. Dr. Darsita Supomo, S.S., M.Hum.  The speech was started by Dr. Ade Abdul Hak, M, Hum. as the Dean of FAH UIN Jakarta. In his speech contains the purpose of today's agenda, “To improve the accreditation of the university or faculty it is required to collaborate such as research and seminars. one of the activities to be carried out is an international seminar with seminar participants are students who present the results of their papers with the hope of creating an interactive atmosphere and exchanging knowledge”.

This kind of agenda was initiated by the Dean of FAH, added the moderator while giving the microphone for the second speech by the Dean of the Faculty of Letters, Pamulang University, Tryana, SS. MA. “Hopefully, after this agenda, Pamulang University and UIN Jakarta can establish a closer working relationship. Pamulang University is currently planning an international seminar agenda in July on a hybrid basis, there is one offline speaker and one online speaker. Also bringing in partners from Labuan, Malaysia and Polytechnic University of the Philippines”.

Head of English Literature Pamulang University, Tito Dimas A., S.Pd., M.Hum. also got a part to convey his academic plan. “In English literature there are international and local PKM, we have a network that is familiar with the Arab Embassy, so there will be an upcoming agenda to fill in the zoom of the international PKM plan online and will invite FAH”.

As a response to the proposed plan, the Head of English Literature Department of FAH, Inayatul Chusna M.Hum. continued to convey his collaboration plan. “Currently, we are in the process of revising the 2025 curriculum. Therefore, when there is a plan for a student exchange program, it will be held for 2025 first semester students later and facilitated offline. The goal is that students can increase their reputation on the Google Scholar page because they collaborate with each other as a result of the student exchange.”

Dr. Ida Farida, MLIS expressed her hope as the closing of this agenda “Hopefully the collaboration plan can be realized well by starting with the student exchange agenda and joint writing research”.

 After almost all lecturers conveyed their respective collaboration plans, this agenda was warmly closed by signing a statement of cooperation by Dr. Ade Abdul Hak, M, Hum as the Dean of FAH UIN Jakarta and the Dean of the Faculty of Letters, Pamulang University, Tryana, SS. MA. Then ended with a joint documentation session.
