West Sumatra, FAH Online News, Right at the end of September, the group of Master's Study Programs in Islamic History and Culture as well as Doctoral Study Programs in the History of Islamic Civilization, Faculty of Adab and Humanities visited 3 UIN simultaneously in West Sumatra Province, UIN Imam Bonjol Padang, UIN Sheikh Jamil Jambek Bukittinggi and UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. The group from FAH UIN Jakarta was directly escorted by Wadek 1 for academic affairs, Dr. Ida Farida, M.Lis., successfully promoted the MSKI and DSPI FAH UIN Jakarta study programs to the S1 SPI FAH and S2 SPI IB Padang study programs; SPI FUAD UIN Bukittinggi undergraduate study program, and FUAD UIN MY Batusangkar in the context of developing human resources, institutions and special knowledge in the History of Islamic Civilization and Culture at the triangular PTKIN in West Sumatra.

One of the crucial things that is important to reveal in the context of studying the History of Islamic Civilization at 3 UIN in West Sumatra is the development of human resources and passion for further studies in the field of the History of Islamic Civilization. Prof. Dr. Jajat Burhanudin, MA., chairman of the S2 SKI and S3 SPI FAH UIN Jakarta study programs, said that the key to self-development for both students and lecturers is strong language and quality research. Dr. Mauidlotun Nisa', M.Hum. which also adds that in the context of the SPI UIN Bukittinggi undergraduate degree which has minimal interest, one way of natural promotion is to encourage its alumni to continue their master's studies at the Master of Islamic History and Culture FAH UIN Jakarta. Jakarta is a metropolitan city that really promises space for movement and a wide network so that through its superior alumni, S1 SPI, which is now superior, will be known to many people and receive sympathy and trust from stakeholders. In the context of FUAD UIN Batusangkar Padang, where there is no S1 SPI, according to the Head of Study Program and the Secretary of Study Program, S2-S2 SKI-SPI FAH UIN Jakarta, it is by strengthening SPI lecturers for further doctoral studies at SPI FAH UIN Jakarta through the Doctor By Research scheme from BRIN which now focuses on research in the West Coast region of Sumatra. Through further study by human resources, both lecturers and SPI students, strong and superior institutions will be born.
