The activity opened with remarks by Deputy Dean III Prof Usep, who emphasized that the Faculty of Adab and Humanities was one of the leading faculties in implementing the Tracer Study. In his remarks, he conveyed the importance of preparing a Tracer Study concept that is easily accessible and filled by students and alumni. One of the policies emphasized is the obligation to fill out the Tracer Study for students who will take part in the judiciary, as well as recognition of internship experience as part of the world of work.

Prof. Usep also emphasized that the Tracer Study has an important role in preparing accreditation reports for each study program, as well as contributing directly to the six higher education IKU indicators.

Meanwhile, Head of the Muhammad Kholis Hamdy Career Center, in his presentation, said that the implementation of the Tracer Study is expected to run systemically and sustainably. He appreciated the Faculty of Adab and Humanities which was assessed as “step gas” from the start of socialization and showed strong commitment in supporting the Tracer Study program.

In his presentation, it was stated that the Tracer Study response rate had reached around 90 percent, with a target increase of up to 100 percent in the next period (Tracer Study 2). This Tracer Study data is an important element in the accreditation process and the extension of international accreditation, although technological system development is still being pursued by prioritizing direct interaction and communication with alumni and graduate users.

Furthermore, the Career Center also submitted plans for developing a more adaptive Tracer Study website, sending two survey links (Alumni Tracer Study and graduate user survey), as well as plans for publishing a career journal containing research results from lecturers and students in the field of career development and graduates.

In the achievement report, it was stated that KKN students were ranked first in the Arabic Language and Literature Study Program in the Tracer Study, followed by the Library Science Study Program in second place. The number of graduates who were respondents came from classes 131 to 134, with the highest total number of graduates in class 134.

Through this outreach activity, the Faculty of Adab and Humanities hopes that the participation of students, alumni and graduate users will increase so that Tracer Study data can be utilized optimally to develop academic quality, increase graduate competitiveness, and strengthen faculty and study program accreditation (Kasih Nur)
