SEMA FAH UIN Jakarta Holds 2026 Faculty Student Representative Council Meeting

South Tangerang, FAH Online NewsFaculty of Adab and Humanities Student Senate held the 2026 Faculty Student Representative Council Meeting (MPM-F) on Monday (25/05/2026) at Prof. Abdul Ghani Theater, Faculty of Adab and Humanities, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The event began at 08.00 WIB and proceeded in an orderly and deliberative atmosphere until its conclusion.

The event was hosted by Adam Akbel Beskilar as the Master of Ceremony and opened with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an by Hilman Fawwaz Almuayyad. The participants then sang the Indonesian national anthem “Indonesia Raya” and the UIN Hymn led by Afifah Mutiya Salwa.

In the welcoming session, the Head of Administration of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities, Iwan Kurniawan, S.Pd., M.Si., emphasized the importance of active communication between students and the faculty administration, particularly regarding campus facilities. He encouraged students to promptly report any complaints or issues to the relevant parties so they could be properly addressed. On this occasion, he also officially opened the 2026 MPM-F Meeting.

The next speech was delivered by the Chairperson of SEMA FAH 2026, Fazkia Cahya Azzahra. She invited all student organization leaders present to actively participate and engage in deliberation throughout the meeting. According to her, every decision made during the forum would serve as an important guideline for organizational activities throughout the leadership period.

Meanwhile, the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee of MPM-F 2026, Muhammad Suhail Ma’mun, emphasized the importance of active participation from all meeting participants in expressing opinions, suggestions, and constructive criticism during the session. He hoped the forum would become an initial step in fostering collective spirit and responsibility in carrying out organizational mandates in the future.

At 08.50 WIB, the Master of Ceremony officially handed over the session to the Temporary Presidium Council. The session proceeded in an orderly, active, and focused manner until 09.15 WIB. Afterwards, the meeting was continued by the Permanent Presidium Council to discuss the Faculty Student Representative Council Decrees.

Throughout the discussion process, the session was highly interactive. Participants actively contributed questions, suggestions, and responses to various discussed points. The deliberation process aimed to formulate decisions that would serve as the organizational foundation for implementing work programs during one leadership period.

After all discussion agendas had been completed, at 14.50 WIB the session was officially closed by the Permanent Presidium Council, and all Faculty Student Representative Council Decrees for one leadership period were formally ratified.

As the closing session, the Master of Ceremony resumed the event, followed by a prayer led by Muhammad Rifki Paruhuman Nasution. Fifteen minutes later, the 2026 MPM-F Meeting was officially concluded.

This activity is expected to become a strong foundation for building a more organized, aspirational, and responsible student organization for the advancement of students of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities.
