Mrs. Naili Sa'adah explained several important points related to the lecturer promotion process which was the main focus of this meeting. She explained that the lecturer promotion process is now simpler and does not require many administrative requirements. Lecturers only need to provide a proposal note from the dean as proof of work used to fulfill the Main Performance Indicators (IKU) and Individual Performance Indicators (IKI). According to Ms. Naili, this process can be completed quickly, even in about five minutes.

Furthermore, Mrs. Naili emphasized the importance of lecturers matching data in the SISTER system by August 31, 2024. This needs to be done to apply for NUPTK. She also explained that currently, there is no more NIDN; lecturer status will be distinguished only between permanent and non-permanent lecturers. Lecturers' data will be recorded in PDDikti, and updating lecturer profile data is very important because it is closely related to the promotion process and future career prospects of lecturers. The SISTER system, according to her, is the “life” of lecturers because it functions as a data center that includes rank, position class, and scientific works that are automatically synchronized with Sinta data.
