South Tangerang, FAH Online News – HMPS BSA FAH UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta successfully held the 2026 Upgrading and Work Meeting (Raker) for its management board. The event took place at the Bustami Abdul Ghoni Theater, 5th Floor of FAH, on Wednesday (29/04/2026), serving as a strategic forum for the Artalasena Cabinet to formulate the organization’s policy direction for the upcoming term.

The activity was attended by all 2026 HMPS BSA administrators, consisting of active second- and fourth-semester students. The event was carried out enthusiastically and in a collaborative spirit to build an adaptive, realistic, and progressively oriented organization.

Also present at the event was the Head of the Arabic Language and Literature Study Program, Dr. Minatur Rokhim. In his remarks, he encouraged students to complete their studies on time while actively achieving accomplishments in various fields.

“Students are expected to complete their studies on time and, of course, achieve many accomplishments at both national and international levels,” said Dr. Minatur Rokhim.

Similar support was conveyed by the Vice Dean III of FAH, Prof. Usep Abdul Matin. He emphasized the important role of student associations in encouraging student participation in seminars and academic activities at national and international levels. According to him, every positive student initiative would receive full support from the faculty.

Entering the main session, the Upgrading program featured leadership and organizational management training delivered by Badrul Kamal. In his presentation, he discussed the essence of leadership and the implementation of the basic POACE management concepts (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling, and Evaluating). The training was intended to provide managerial foundations for the new administrators before formulating organizational work programs.

After the training session, the activity continued with the Work Meeting, which proceeded in a warm and dynamic atmosphere. The forum became a discussion space for formulating policy directions and strategic steps for HMPS BSA moving forward.

The Chairman of HMPS BSA 2026, Muhammad Rifki Paruhuman Nasution, emphasized the importance of commitment and responsibility among all members of the Artalasena Cabinet in realizing all programs and agreements that had been collectively formulated.

As the final outcome of the forum, HMPS BSA 2026 successfully formulated and officially ratified the draft work programs for one management period. With the conclusion of this Work Meeting, the Artalasena Cabinet is now officially ready to run the organization and execute various programs to make meaningful contributions to Arabic Language and Literature students at UIN Jakarta.
