This activity presented three resource persons, namely Prof. Dr. Khamami, SH, MA, M.DC, Chair of the Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Edi Sanjaya, M.Si., as Head of the Quality Audit and Control Center of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and Ryan Adi Putra, S.Hum., M.Hum as Coordinator Accreditation and Ranking LPM UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

This activity was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities, the Deputy Dean, Chair and Secretary of the Study Program along with the Accreditation team, as well as the Quality Assurance Group (GJM). The existence of this meeting shows that it is important to coordinate early and equalize perceptions in dealing with the dynamics of national accreditation policies which continue to develop. The study programs that will carry out reaccreditation include the English Language and Literature Study Program, Islamic History and Civilization, Library Science, and Tarjamah.

In his speech, the Dean of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities, Dr. Ade Abdul Hak, S.Ag., SS, M.Hum., emphasized the importance of formal and planned steps in efforts to increase study program accreditation. According to him, the accreditation process is not only oriented towards administrative achievements, but must also be accompanied by an increase in the quality of academic services within the faculty.

He hoped that coordination and evaluation activities would be carried out on an ongoing basis through regular meetings, such as weekly meetings, as part of the process of strengthening and monitoring accreditation readiness. Apart from that, the Dean also presented a plan for implementing activities to intensively strengthen accreditation by involving related parties.

In his speech, Prof. Dr. Khamami, SH, MA, M.DC highlighted the delay in preparing documents as one of the fundamental weaknesses in the study program accreditation process. According to him, this needs to be a joint evaluation so that in the future accreditation preparations can be carried out in a more planned and timely manner. He also stressed the importance of learning from the good practices of other study programmes as well as strengthening synergies with the Quality Assurance Institute (LPM) which was constantly adapting to the dynamics of national accreditation policies.

Furthermore, Prof. Khamami encouraged improving the quality of human resources, especially by inviting lecturers at the Faculty of Adab and Humanities who have not yet studied doctoral studies (S3) to immediately continue their education, both at home and abroad. This effort is considered strategic in encouraging superior accreditation achievements. In line with this, the faculty is temporarily focusing on strengthening existing study programs, by targeting the achievement of superior study programs through optimal fulfillment of accreditation criteria.

The meeting then continued with a presentation of material and discussion sessions by Edi Sanjaya, M.Si., who reviewed the latest national accreditation policies, the strategic position of the FAH study program, the principle of caution in applying for superior accreditation, and guidance for preparing Self-Evaluation Reports (LED). In his presentation, the importance of validating and synchronizing data at PDDIKTI was also conveyed, strengthening student graduation on time, and the role of LPM in preparing quality cultural narratives.

Apart from that, support for accreditation systems and infrastructure, accreditation financing mechanisms, as well as various potential technical obstacles that need to be anticipated by each study program so that they do not have an impact on accreditation results.

Through activities carried out in accordance with the faculty's official invitation letter, FAH UIN Jakarta confirms its commitment to strengthening academic governance, improving the quality of education, and preparing study programs more systematically and sustainably in order to achieve superior accreditation achievements.
