FAH UIN Jakarta Recognizes 81 Students for National and International Achievements
Syahida Inn, FAH News Online — The Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta recognized students who achieved accomplishments at the national and international levels throughout 2026. The recognition was presented as part of the FAH General Studium entitled “Breaking Professional Boundaries: Inspiration from Faculty of Adab and Humanities Alumni in Building a Wealth Mindset and Global Careers,” held at Syahida Inn, Campus 2 of UIN Jakarta, on Tuesday (September 29, 2026).
A total of 81 FAH students received certificates of appreciation for their achievements in various fields. The awards were presented as part of the General Studium, which was not only intended for new students but also served as a platform to recognize students who have demonstrated academic and non-academic achievements.
The Dean of FAH UIN Jakarta, Dr. Ade Abdul Hak, S.Ag., S.S., M.Hum., CIQnR, has emphasized on various occasions the importance of students developing their potential through both academic and non-academic activities. Student achievements are an important part of the process of developing their capacities and gaining valuable experience throughout their higher education.
During the event, one of the outstanding students, Tirta Mayapada, shared his experience after winning a gold medal in History at the Indonesian Academic Olympiad. He described his preparation, which involved reading and studying a wide range of historical literature. His experience demonstrates that achievements can be built through learning, thorough preparation, and the courage to make the most of available opportunities.
Various achievements by FAH students at the national and international levels were also recognized during the General Studium. These accomplishments were achieved through various academic and personal development activities, including participation in an International Conference organized by FAH UIN Jakarta, a Student Mobility Program to three countries—Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand—as well as various competitions and other academic activities. These achievements have become valuable experiences for students in broadening their perspectives, building academic networks, and developing their competencies at both the national and international levels.
Recognizing outstanding students is part of FAH UIN Jakarta’s commitment to supporting student development and nurturing their potential. Through this recognition, students are expected to become increasingly motivated to develop their abilities, participate in various personal and academic development activities, and achieve accomplishments that can benefit themselves, their alma mater, and society.
