FAH UIN Jakarta Participates in UIN Jakarta Pre-Rapim 2025
South Tangerang, FAH News Online - The Deanate and Study Program (Prodi) of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH) UIN Jakarta participated in the Pre-Rapim (leadership meeting) UIN Jakarta 2025 which was held for two days, from 5th-6th February 2025. This event is an important momentum to evaluate achievements and develop future strategies to realize the transformation of UIN Jakarta as a Legal Entity State Religious University (PTKNBH).
On the first day, after the opening remarks by the Rector of UIN Jakarta, the agenda continued with the discussion of the Main Performance Index (IKU) to be achieved in 2025. The discussion was led by the Head of Quality Assurance Agency, Prof. Dr. Khamami, M.A., and Prof. Dr. Suma'inna, M., as the IKU Coordinator. Both explained the strategic targets that must be achieved by all work units within UIN Jakarta, including FAH, to support quality improvement and institutional performance.
In his opening remarks, Prof. Asep Saepudin Jahar M.A., Ph.D., Rector of UIN Jakarta reminded the importance of learning from the past. “We must learn from the commitment and sincerity of the founders and predecessors. They have laid a strong foundation for the progress of UIN Jakarta,” said Rector. She also expressed appreciation for the achievements that have been made during this period, while emphasizing that the existing shortcomings must be corrected immediately.
Transformation towards PTKNBH is the main focus of this PreRapim. The Rector emphasized that a change in the mindset of the entire academic community is needed to support the progress and development of UIN Jakarta. “Internationalization, digitalization, green campus, independence, and bureaucratic reform are some aspects that we must prioritize,” she explained.
Dean of FAH UIN Jakarta, Dr. Ade Abdul Hak, S.Ag., S.S., M.Hum., on the occasion conveyed the commitment of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities to fully support the direction of the Rector. “We will strive to improve the quality of education and research, and strengthen international collaboration. In addition, we will also focus on developing a green campus and digitizing academic services,” said Dr. Ade.
On the second day, the activity continued with a commission meeting. The morning session began with a presentation on “Student Capacity Building and Character Building” by Prof. Dr. HM. Asrorun Ni'am Sholeh, MA, Deputy for Youth Empowerment of the Indonesian Ministry of Youth and Sports (Deputi Pemberdayaan Pemuda Kemenpora RI). This material emphasizes the importance of building a strong and competitive student character in the global era.
Furthermore, the material on Building a Competent and Competitive ASN through the “Implementation of Talent Management” was delivered by Suharti, S.Psi., M.Si. This material provides insight into human resource (HR) development strategies within UIN Jakarta, especially in improving the competence and competitiveness of the state civil apparatus (ASN).
In addition, the Rector also emphasized the importance of good communication between leaders and lecturers, education staff (Tenaga pendidik), and all elements of the academic community. “Each unit must think for development and make a clear priority scale. Let's work together to make progress for UIN Jakarta,” said the Rector at the end of his direction.
With the spirit of collaboration and high commitment, the Deanate and Study Program of FAH UIN Jakarta are ready to actively contribute to realizing the vision and mission of UIN Jakarta as a leading university at the national and international levels.
