FAH UIN Jakarta Implemented the Chancellor's Circular on the Use of KORPRI Batik Uniforms, to coincide with the beginning of Ramadan

South Tangerang, FAH Online News — A warm and together atmosphere was felt at the Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta when the batik uniform of the Republic of Indonesia Employees Corps (KORPRI) was used to coincide with the momentum of the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan, Thursday (19/02/2026). The combination of the spirit of worship and togetherness in KORPRI batik presents a solemn and happy feel in the faculty environment.

The ranks of the FAH deanery, lecturers and education staff looked neat and wore KORPRI batik uniforms with great pride. This solidarity reflects the compliance and commitment of the FAH academic community in implementing institutional policies, while strengthening their identity as part of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN).

The use of KORPRI batik uniforms is a follow-up to Chancellor's Circular Letter Number 3 of 2026 which was stipulated by Chancellor Asep Saepudin Jahar on January 27 2026. This policy aims to strengthen the identity, solidity and spirit of ASN people in the university environment, while building a collaborative and integrity work culture.

Since the implementation of this circular, all ASNs at FAH have consistently used KORPRI batik uniforms every Thursday and at other official moments, such as the national holiday ceremony, the 17th of every month, the inauguration of managerial and functional officials, as well as official KORPRI activities. This implementation, which coincides with the beginning of Ramadan, is a special momentum, because it presents a spiritual atmosphere that further strengthens the values of togetherness and brotherhood.

The colors and motifs of KORPRI batik worn simultaneously are not only a symbol of official formality, but also a symbol of unity and a spirit of devotion. In the midst of the Ramadan atmosphere which is full of meaning for reflection and improving one's quality, the implementation of this policy feels increasingly relevant as a reinforcement of ASN's commitment to providing the best service for the academic community and society.

The initial momentum of Ramadan that goes hand in hand with the implementation of this policy is expected to be a good start to foster a more disciplined, professional and harmonious work ethic. With a spirit of togetherness that radiates from every step, FAH is optimistic that it can continue to improve the quality of service, service and real contribution to the progress of the institution.
