FAH UIN Jakarta Holds Odd Semester Lecturer Meeting 2025/2026: Lecture Evaluation, Research Map and Socialization of BKD-IKU

South Tangerang, FAH News Online – Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a Lecturer Meeting for the Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year on Tuesday, 08/26/2025. Taking place in the Theater Room on the 5th floor of the FAH Campus 3 Building, the meeting took place from 08.00 to 15.00 WIB and was attended by all levels of faculty leaders, lecturers from each study program, heads of administration departments, and FAH education staff.

The event opened with registration of participants and an official welcome from the Dean of FAH, Dr. Ade Abdul Hak, S.Ag., SS., M.Hum., CIQnR. In his speech, the Dean emphasized the importance of lecturer meetings as a forum for academic friendship as well as a means of evaluating and formulating joint strategies in improving the quality of education and research at FAH.

Academic Evaluation and Agenda

The first agenda of the meeting discussed the evaluation of the 2024/2025 even semester lectures, chaired by Deputy Dean I for Academic Affairs. Followed by a presentation of the results of the cooperation and student evaluation by Deputy Dean III.

This meeting is also an important momentum for faculties in developing the direction of research and service. The Dean of FAH conveyed the socialization of the FAH 2025–2029 Research and Community Service Map, while the Deputy Dean II explained the FAH 2025–2029 budget framework.

Socialization of BKD and IKU

One of the important sessions was filled by Prof. Dr. Suma'inna, M.Si., Professor at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, who was present as a resource person in the socialization of the Lecturer Performance Expense (BKD) bill and the Main Performance Indicator (IKU). This material is of particular concern to all lecturers to ensure academic and research performance in accordance with national standards and institutional targets.

Featured Research Workshop

After ISHOMA, activities continued with a Workshop on Creating Excellent Research Maps per Lecturer, which was divided based on study programs. This workshop was accompanied by the Head of the Study Program, the LP2M FAH Team, and a science consortium, with the aim of producing superior research maps that can strengthen FAH's position in the national and international academic arena.

Warm and Concluding Discussion

The lecturer meeting closed with an interactive discussion, question and answer session, and group photos per study program. The meeting atmosphere was warm, participatory and full of commitment to jointly strengthen the faculty's steps forward.

Through this meeting, FAH reaffirmed its determination to improve the quality of lectures, strengthen superior research traditions, and support the achievement of IKU and institutional accreditation.
