FAH Holds Morning Gymnastics to Improve the Health and Fitness of the Academic Community
FAH Building, FAH Online News – In order to create a healthy living movement for the academic community of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH), on Friday, February 14 2025, FAH held morning exercise in the parking lot of the FAH Building. This gymnastics was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Adab and Humanities, Dr. Ade Abdul Hak, S.Ag., SS, M.Hum, along with lecturers, teaching staff, and all staff who work within the faculty.
This morning's gymnastics activities are part of an effort to promote a healthy lifestyle, maintain body fitness, and improve the well-being of the entire academic community at the faculty. In his remarks, the Dean of FAH, Dr. Ade Abdul Hak, conveyed the importance of maintaining body health as part of a life balance that can support daily performance, both in the world of education and personal life. “Through activities like this, we not only maintain physical fitness, but also strengthen relationships between fellow academics,” he said.
Gymnastics starts at 07.00 WIB. This morning exercise is done with various movements designed to increase flexibility, body flexibility, and heart and blood vessel health.
This morning's gymnastics activities are planned to be held regularly every month with the aim of maintaining the health and fitness of employees within the Faculty of Adab and Humanities. Apart from that, it is also hoped that this morning's gymnastics can provide benefits in the form of increasing enthusiasm and energy which can support work productivity in academic and administrative activities at the faculty.
“This is one of our ways at the Faculty of Adab and Humanities to cultivate healthy living. In addition, we want to show that maintaining health is not only important for oneself, but also for creating a more productive and harmonious work environment," added Dr. Ade Abdul Hak.
The participants seemed enthusiastic about following every movement taught, and this activity ended with cheerful smiles and high enthusiasm from all the participants. This morning's gymnastics activities were positively received by the academic community, which hopes that similar activities can continue in the future.
Through this initiative, the Faculty of Adab and Humanities hopes to create a healthier, fitter and happier environment for the entire academic community, which can ultimately contribute to a more productive and enjoyable academic atmosphere. (SN)
