South Tangerang, FAH Online News – Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held the Inauguration of the Creatifah Autonomous Institution for the 2026 Period on Friday, December 19 2025, at the Abdul Ghani Theater on the 5th Floor, FAH Building. This activity marked the beginning of a new management aimed at developing the creativity, collaboration and competence of FAH students.

The inauguration event took place solemnly with a series of activities ranging from opening, welcoming, inauguration of administrators, reading of pledges, to work meetings and presenting the program. The inauguration was carried out directly by the Deputy Dean III for Student Affairs, FAH, Prof. Usep Abdul Matin, S.Ag., MA, MA, Ph.D., by leading the pledge reading and followed by students members of Creatifah's new management

In his remarks, the Dean of FAH, Dr. Ade Abdul Hak, S.Ag., SS, M.Hum., CIQnR, emphasized the importance of regenerating student management and creativity in the organization.

“Creatifah, which was formed in 2024, must be a truly creative forum in all fields. The experience and skills gained in this organization will be an important provision for students to face the competitive world of work,” he said.

In his speech, Prof. Usep Abdul Matin emphasized the importance of habituation, enthusiasm and networking in organizations. He introduced the concept of stewardship delegation, a principle in modern organizational science that emphasizes the importance of serving while delegating tasks so that organizations do not depend on one person.

“Alah can do it because it's normal. We can do anything if we get used to it. Dreams and enthusiasm alone are not enough; Students must also have a network, one of which is through organizations” he said.

He also emphasized that members of organizations must have social intelligence, creativity and readiness to work together. Quoting Ali Syari'ati, he added: “No matter how good the idea is, it depends on the players on stage. People will choose good players. No matter how good the organization is, its quality is determined by the members who run it.”

Creatifah supervisor, Sukasih Nur, S.Sos.I., MIKom., said that students need to develop knowledge not only from the academic realm, but also through practical experience and teamwork in the organization.

“Let's build Creatifah together from small, consistent steps so that this organization can make FAH proud,” he said.

The head of Creatifah for the new 2026 period, Khilda Aqilah Sepiani, emphasized that the quality of the organization is determined by the work system and teamwork, not just who the leader is. He emphasized that solid collaboration is the key to making Creatifah a superior student media in the FAH environment.
