2024 Faculty of Adab and Humanities Employee Evaluation and Disciplinary Development Coordination Meeting
East Ciputat, FAH News Online – On Friday, January 24 2025, the Faculty of Adab and Humanities (FAH) held a Coordination Meeting which discussed employee discipline evaluation during 2024. The event, which took place starting at 09.00 WIB, was attended by the Dean of FAH, the Deputy Dean, the Head of the Study Program, the Head of Section (Kabag), and the Education Personnel.
This coordination meeting aims to provide direction and guidance to all employees within the Faculty of Adab and Humanities so that they can improve performance and discipline in the coming year. With the theme “Evaluation and Coaching of Employee Discipline in 2024 and Submission of Employee Absence Accumulation Reports for the Period January to December 2024, this meeting reflects the seriousness of the leadership in highlighting discipline as the main pillar of professionalism.
In his speech, Dr. Ade Abdul Hak, M.Hum, emphasized the importance of discipline as the basis for work professionalism. “Let's make discipline the standard of collective work. Discipline is not only an obligation, but also a culture that reflects our integrity as academics and educational personnel,” he said.
The dean also highlighted that this employee discipline will continue to be closely monitored until the end of the year. Employees are expected to be able to maintain consistent attendance and complete tasks on time as a form of professional responsibility. Apart from that, the dean also conveyed that he was not only absent, financial reports would also be supervised by the Inspector General to ensure transparency and accountability in reporting activities.
Several saknsi were also conveyed in the FAH Dean's speech, Employees who do not comply with the rules will be called to provide clarification and, if necessary, be subject to sanctions. The types of punishment applied include mild to moderate categories, according to the level of the offence committed. He said
As a warning, the Dean emphasized that employees are asked to check their attendance data periodically and immediately upload assignment letters if necessary, to avoid administrative errors. Alpa habits need to be improved immediately to create better disciplinary standards.
At the end of his briefing, the Dean conveyed a message of discipline not only regarding absenteeism, but also regarding responsibility for completing work, and he appealed to all parties to be asked to remind each other and cooperate in maintaining discipline in the work environment.
This coordination meeting ended with a question and answer session, where participants provided input and discussed the implementation of future disciplinary policies. Such inputs are expected to be the subject of evaluations to enhance more effective policies in the coming year.
